Every semester, people come to Rockharbor hoping to build friendships, grow in their faith, and experience biblical community. Many of those stories begin because someone is willing to open their home, welcome others, and lead an RH Group.

As an RH Group leader, you'll:
-Create a welcoming environment where people can connect authentically.
-Facilitate conversation around Scripture and spiritual growth.
-Encourage others through prayer, care, and everyday life.
-Help cultivate a group where people feel known, supported, and challenged to follow Jesus.
You don't need to have all the answers. You simply need to be willing to create space for people to grow together.
Each semester, new RH Groups begin through our Launch Party. Before the event, our team prayerfully and thoughtfully forms groups based on things like stage of life, area of town, availability, and group type. At Launch Party, you'll meet your new group, make initial connections, and help them take their first step into authentic community together. We'll provide training, resources, and ongoing support so you don't have to lead alone.
Whether you're interested in joining a group, leading, co-leading, or hosting, your next step starts with registering for Launch Party.
On the registration form, simply let us know how you'd like to participate this fall. If you're interested in serving as a leader, co-leader, or host, our RH Groups team will connect with you before Launch Party to answer your questions and help you explore that role.
