The Parent Cue cues you to have simple and meaningful faith-moments with your kids the will fit seamlessly into the daily rhythm of your life.
From the moment you pull in the parking lot, you’ll notice lots of friendly faces eager to show you the way. Our door greeters will be happy to direct you as you enter the lobby.
Your first stop when you arrive is the first-time check-in stations. We care about you and your child, and so we’ll take some time to get to know you. We’ll ask about allergies, make sure we know what your child likes to be called, and collect your contact information.
Then, you and your child will both get a sticker with a matching code. This coded sticker is what you’ll use to pick-up your child after service. Your child will only be released to the adult who presents this sticker.
Our teams are ready to receive your child as early as 15 minutes before service times.
While we want children to be happy and content in our environments, sometimes they have to work through separation anxiety until they are comfortable being away from family during services. If your child’s crying persists for more than 10 minutes, they are screaming or distressed, or they become sick or injured we will notify parents immediately through text message.
Every child matters to God and they matter to us! We do our best to accommodate children with special needs on a case to case basis by communicating with their parents. If you would like to discuss the best options for your child(ren) please fill out our Exceptional Kids Form.
We take lots of steps before kids arrive to keep them safe. Every toy and environment gets cleaned and sanitized. And, every volunteer is screened with an interview and background check. Our whole team — from staff members to small group leaders to safety personnel — are trained to keep your kids safe.
There is a place to indicate your child’s food allergies on their name tag. We only offer snack in our Early Childhood environments. A sign stating what is being served is posted at the check-in counter at each Early Childhood classroom.
