What is
SLINGSHOT?

The main Instagram logo.

Slingshot Middle School Ministries focuses on loving and leading 6th-8th grade students to become fully devoted followers of Jesus. We do this through Biblically based and relevant messages, engaging worship, interactive small group discussions, and annual camps, events, and outreach experiences. We want this to be a place where students know theybelong and are invited and challenged to grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Slingshot Community

Small Groups

Small groups are one of the most important parts of Slingshot. They happen every week in our programs, but the relationships built in small groups extend outside the walls of our church. They’re designed to connect every student with a consistent, trustworthy adult and community of their peers. Especially during the middle school years, when your kid is beginning to discover who they are and where they belong, we want to partner with you by helping influence and disciple your student.

Slingshot Camps

Summer Camps

Every summer, we take middle school students to McCall for a distraction-free, Jesus-centered few days at our 7th-8th Grade Endless Summer Camp. There's no better place for middle schoolers  to connect with Jesus, their leaders, and other kids!

Starting middle school is a huge transition for kids! They are changing physically, emotionally, and socially. That's why we offer Base Camp, which is our 6th grade ONLY camp! We will help them navigate these crazy middle school waters as we show them that God wants to do something amazing in and through their lives right now!

Slingshot Events

Special Events

Throughout the year, we’ll host both grade level events and all student events designed to help students connect with their peers and small group leaders. We want students to have fun with their friends and make memories with their small groups.
